Support Hours

Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Kuwait Time, GMT+3).
Requests outside these hours are still accepted and will be answered within 48 hours.

Response Time (SLA)

We respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Critical access issues (login / payment / event access) are prioritized.

Quick Troubleshooting

GPS / Location

  • Enable Location Services in Settings.
  • Allow permission: While Using (or Always for auto check-in).
  • Enable Precise Location (recommended).

QR Check-in

  • Allow Camera permission.
  • Increase screen brightness.
  • Try scanning from 15–30 cm distance.

General

  • Confirm stable internet connection.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Restart the device if needed.

Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions made within the HereNow Events application are processed through Apple’s App Store. Refunds, cancellations, and billing matters are handled in accordance with Apple’s official policies.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly using your Apple ID purchase history. HereNow Events does not independently process or override App Store refund decisions.

Escalation

If your issue is not resolved after our response, reply to the same email thread and write “Escalation” in the subject line. We will review it with higher priority.

Location & Privacy (Important)

Location data is used strictly for attendance verification when GPS or automatic check-in features are enabled. HereNow Events does not use location data for background tracking outside event participation.

جميع عمليات الشراء والاشتراكات داخل تطبيق HereNow Events تتم عبر متجر Apple App Store. تخضع طلبات الاسترجاع والإلغاء لسياسات Apple الرسمية.

لطلب الاسترجاع، يرجى التواصل مباشرة مع دعم Apple من خلال سجل المشتريات في حساب Apple ID. لا يملك تطبيق HereNow Events صلاحية معالجة أو تجاوز قرارات الاسترجاع الصادرة من Apple.

يتم استخدام الموقع فقط لتأكيد الحضور عند تفعيل GPS أو الحضور التلقائي داخل الفعالية، ولا يتم استخدامه لتتبع المستخدم خارج نطاق المشاركة بالفعالية.
